Speech Masked by Noise
Speech completely masked by noise may not be recoverable. If words are buried beneath the problem, they cannot always be brought back.
Severe Clipping
Severe clipping cannot always be fully repaired. Mild overload may improve; heavy distortion often leaves permanent damage.
Strong Room Echo
Strong room echo may remain partly audible. Light room sound can often be improved, but heavily reverberant recordings may retain some character.
Different Microphones and Rooms
Different microphones and rooms may retain some tonal differences. Restoration can often improve consistency, but not always erase every change in capture setup.
Aggressive processing can damage the natural sound of narration. The goal is clearer, more consistent audio that still sounds like the original narrator.

Mouth clicks and lip noise can often be reduced in audiobook narration. How much improvement is possible depends on how prominent the clicks are and the quality of the original recording. Every file is assessed individually before any paid work begins.
